The Crown Customer Portal – In the lower right corner of your computer screen where your timeclock is, look for the icon, Right Click on it and Choose “Contact Helpdesk”. This will automatically open your internet browser and display a form to fill . Please fill in with as much detail s as possible so we can help you better.

This will automatically submit a service ticket into our system and email confirmations, updates, and closures.

How to get Service Tickets resolved quickly?

Our goal is to provide the highest level of service. Doing the following will help us identify and resolve issues quicker.

  1. Send us a detailed message with the issue and the name of the user.
  2. Detail what they were doing at the time.
  3. If possible, include a screen shot. Screen shots help resolve issues quicker.Click here to view how
  4. Name of the program being used. (Or select this from the Category Dropdown in the EasyAccess Portal)
  5. Include any error messages by opening and copy/pasting it into your E-mail/Message area
