Training: Learn about service boards, service tickets, time entry and expense entry.

During this course we will review how to navigate within Crown DownStream, create a new service ticket, update an existing ticket, enter your time and/or expenses for a service ticket or other activities. The course consists of documentation followed by videos that can be paused and/or restarted while viewing.  

Estimated time to complete the Services Training course is approximately 2 hours.

We can also provide onsite personal customized training upon request.
