It is a time for new beginnings and reflection.  I have so much to be thankful for including health and 3 beautiful children.  I was reading an article today in Microsoft Partner Channel Magazine titled Tips for Moon Reachers. Let me share a bit of it with you.
Tip #1  Surround yourself with younger minds.
The trick is to find them with the passion.  Experience will show up after that.
Tip #2  Surround yourself with older minds.
Make sure to check in with the mentors in your life. What kept them going, regrets?
Tip #3. Always talk to everyone who comes to your office looking for a job.
The next job seeker could be the next moon reacher.
Tip #4. Talk about the old days, but do not worship them.
Every generation has its challenges.
Tip #5. Every moon reachers needs the support of those around them.
You get out what you put in. When you look at those that constantly reach they have one thing in common. A never ending curiosity in what can happen next.
